Premium Service

  • Busy Signal on Premium Service, call 444-3638, enter 999 plus your phone number) If you are on the Basic Service you may receive some busy signals.
  • Ring and no Answer (This would indicate a modem has failed on our side) Call 444-3638 and enter 998 followed by your phone number.

Fayetteville Basic Service (Bentonville Basic should use the Premium Service Codes.)

  • Ring and no Answer (This would indicate a modem has failed on our side) Call 444-3638 and enter 997 followed by your phone number.

Other Failures

  • Mail Server Failure 444-3638 and enter 996 followed by your phone number.

  • Webserver Failure call 444-3638 and enter 995 followed by your phone number.

  • News Server Failure call 444-3638 and enter 994 followed by your phone number.

Please print this page now because you will not be able to get these numbers if you can't call in. When you call this will alert a tech who will check the modems and circuits to correct any problem. You will not received a call back. A tech will check for your reported problem based on the number you report and correct it. Problems are normally corrected with in one hour.
