Unlimited - We provide unlimited access to the Internet, there are no additional timed charges.  Unlimited is not dedicated.  It is not acceptable to configure your computer to maintain an unattended connection for extended periods of time or to maintain a connection to the Internet when you are not actively using your computer. We reserve the right to charge customers dedicated rates when they do configure their computers to maintain a full time unattended connection.  

Dedicated - We provide dedicated 24 hour 7 day per week connections for customers who need their computer or computer networks to be connected even when they are not present or actively working on their computers.

Basic Access - Our Basic modem dialup access service is the same 56K/v.90 service as our Premium service with some exceptions.  The modem ratio or the number of customers per modem is 10 users to 1 modem.  This allows us to provide the Basic services at a less expensive rate but it does not allow us to provide it as a no busy service.  Busy signals do sometimes occur on the Basic service, but they are normally limited to between 7PM and 10PM at night and they average about 2 to 5 minutes.  This account comes with one email address and no homepage.

Premium Access - Our Premium modem dialup access service provides 56K/v.90 access and a no busy service.  The modem ratio on this service is 5 users to 1 modem.  This is the service most of our business customers select to insure they can always obtain a high speed connection to the Internet.  In addition the Premium Access includes up to 4 email addresses and a 5 MB personal homepage.

56K/v.90 - is the modem service we provide on all our dialup modem services.  In order to obtain 56K connection, one must have a 56K/v.90 modem and a phone line that supports 56K or it can not have more than one digital to analog conversion between their computer modem and our service.  If you have a 56K/v.90 modem it is important to know that this is a rapidly changing technology.  We have upgraded our servers 5 times in the past two years with the latest code.  Anytime you experience difficulties you should check with the maker of your modem to see if new BIOS firmware have become available for your modem or if new Windows drivers have been released. 

Refund Policies - With the exception of Annual Payments for our Premium Dialup service, all fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Annual Premium Service - We do provide refunds to subscribers who pay for a full year in advance then find they must leave our service before the year is up.  The amount of refund is based upon the following scale:
